New eCommerce Site now live

ECommerce site Zoom Office Chairs, selling a huge selection of office chairs and office furniture all at the lowest prices available on the internet is now live.

We have branded the new business and designed the eCommerce site, which is built on our latest eCommerce component of our already very popular CMS.

We are also working on a digital marketing campaign, covering natural organic search, google merchant (shopping), PPC paid search, emailing and banners. As it is a new website, and new domain, it is a fantastic opportunity for R&D where we can very specifically test every bit of action against the site traffic.

Our CMS also encorporates extensive analytics. We can show the journey of every visitor, where they came from, be it a link from a specific email, google search in which case we know thier search terms, or any other source. We show how many visitors converted to a sale, and show the average margin a basket has generated. Understanding this ratio ultimately leads to the best possible return on marketing investment, i.e you know how much a site can afford to pay for every unique visitor:

Emails : Visitors        -      Visitors : Sale     -     Average Basket Margin

Also interesting is how the design, both aesthetically and in terms of usability and interface has a direct effect on bounce rate and user journeys. With our CMS being completely bespokable around any design our designers wish to pursue, meaning we can experiment with user interface to find the ultimate eCommerce site design in any given sector.

Ok it's geeky, but this is very exiting for us with the development of HTML 5, ever more sophisticated javaScript libraries, together with our extremely extensible eCommerce CMS...
